Legs, Bums & Tums -
A lower body workout that will tone and strengthen and help
develop deep core muscles for improved posture and back/abdominal
strength. Develop long, toned muscles in all those favorite areas
of the lower body, thighs, backsides, abs and your back.
Pilates -
Mind/body exercise in small groups for all ages and fitness
levels. A whole body approach emphasizing core stability,
promoting good posture and long, leaner, toned muscles. Details on

Super Circuit - A cross-training
studio session incorporating all your favorites. Boxercise, power
step, conditioning, plyomentrics, high and low impact aerobic
moves to promote overall fitness.

Super Weights Circuit - A gym based
circuit involving free weights and resistance machines. Varying
between muscular strength and endurance exercises, this class will
help tone you up and increase your metabolic rate.
Spin
- Is an
athletic cardiovascular cycling workout that guarantees to leave
you on a high and wanting more. It is also great for the butt and
thighs, so not only will you feel great but you'll look amazing.

Yoga
- Due to the wide and varied nature
of postures and techniques, yoga can be practiced by almost anyone
regardless of age, from very young, to women during pregnancy, to
older people alike. There is a form of yoga to suit everyone with
different sets of exercises prescribed for different people
accordingly. |
